The hubs turned 33 on Sunday, and we helped him celebrate at his parents' house.  Steak and potatoes were on the menu, as well as this yummy peach blueberry shortcake.

Hoping to hold onto summer just a little bit longer, I ordered this starfish ring (only $26!) from Baublebar last week, and it came in the mail yesterday.  Love everything about it!  I have a feeling I'll be wearing this often, as summer comes to a close, and the fit is perfect!

With school starting right around the corner, we decided to switch up the rooms here.  The girls now share a room.  Bedtime is a bit of a challenge right now, as they want to keep playing, and think it's so cool that they're having a sleepover.  Here's hoping they get adjusted in the next few weeks, so they're rested up before school begins!  Later bedtimes certainly have taken a toll on their normally happy spirits, but putting the girls together has cleared a room that we now use for a playroom, which they love!  I'll be sure and snap some photos of the newly created playroom, and the girls' bedroom soon!
