Y'all may remember this post about my latest J.Crew order? Well, I ended up returning them.
The pants were a weird sateen material, and the print on me kind of reminded me of pajama pants a little too much.
The style of the Jules dress below is sold out online, but I have this solid color Jules dress and LOVE it. I wear it to church, and love pairing it with leopard print heels and a statement necklace. It's currently on sale too, $60, and use code: STYLEFIND to receive 30% off of that price. Regular price is $198.
While I still love the print of this dress, I ended up taking it back because I didn't realize it had pockets, and it made the dress pooch out a little on the sides.
I'm currently LOVING this J.Crew Painter Tee at the moment. I also have it in two solid colors, as well. It's super soft and comfy, and the three buttons on the shoulder are a nice touch.
Here's another photo from W's field trip yesterday. I've never been to Discovery Place Kids, since it's in Huntersville (a good 30 minutes away), but it looks like it has a lot of neat things there. I mean, auto mechanics? Pretty cool.
Would y'all believe it was this warm here yesterday?
I swear the weather changes temperature by twenty degrees everyday!
Here's a better pic of the top I wore (just like the stripe one mentioned above)...
(On sale now for $29.50, use code: STYLEFIND for 30% off of that price)
(Currently on sale for $22.99 and then use code: STYLEFIND to receive 30% off of that)
This morning before school, E wouldn't let us open the door, because she was explaining how this was not a door knob, it was a "brake" and "You can't touch it!" I think she was imagining that we were all on the Polar Express.
For you locals, get your tickets now!

Thanks for dishing about that J Crew dress. I was so tempted after seeing it on Pink Peonies yesterday. I'll move on from that obsession. It's 75 here today and gorgeous! I like those painter tees! Wonder if they have them at the outlet?!
ReplyDeleteI have the painter tee in a neon pink! I love it and want it in every color!

Right now I am all about the sweat pants. Isn't that awful?
ReplyDeleteI was going to comment on instagram about that cute shirt on E. So adorable. Love that you have the wine glass in your hand- thanks for the shoutout last week. I have two jules dresses and hate the pocket situation wish they didn't have them! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLOVE those pants... Hate they did not work for you. Also, love the print of that dress... am thinking I might need the shorts. Lastly, are you going to Front Row? If so, perhaps we can ride together?

That dress is to die for! I love the print. The solid would look FAB with leopard.

Love the two painter shirts!! :)
ReplyDeleteI have the Jules dress in red and love it too! I saw the printed version in the window of J. Crew as I passed by yesterday and thought it was gorgeous! I hate when pockets do that though, especially, because how many girls do you know that would actually ever USE pockets in a dress? For me, they just look awkward and serve no purpose, haha! E is so cute in her necklace tee, too, by the way!
ReplyDeleteThose painter tees are excellent at hiding a not - so - toned belly. The fabric is magic! Not that you have anything to worry about, of course -- just had to express my love of them!
ReplyDeleteloving those painter tees too, esp since they are sale!! the stripes are adorable!
ReplyDeleteYou are by far my favorite blogger! I'm obsessed! Please keep posting. :)
