Fashion Friday: OOTDs Re-Cap at Disney

Today, we’re headed back to Epcot, to end our week here at Disney.
What a wonderful week it’s been, and so very very needed!
Saturday brings the real world, and hoping the weather warms up sooner than later!

J.Crew Factory Racerback Stripe Top // K. Jaques Epicure Sandals (I wear an 8.5 in most Tory Burch and Jack Rogers, and purchased these in a 39) // Essie Bottle Service // Kate Spade Striped Bow Studs // J.Crew Chino Shorts

Here’s a re-cap of this week’s OOTDs.
I hope you’ve enjoyed them, as much as I’ve enjoyed assembling them!  Summer clothes are just more fun to put together.  Less is definitely more!

And tomorrow, heading home, last warm weather outfit before it’s back to the cold…

We had no idea when we were planning this trip, that it would fall on the week of the Super Bowl and the Opening Ceremony of the Winter Olympics.  One thing’s for sure, we’ll always remember where we were.  Still so hard to believe what all has happened in just four short years, since the last Winter Olympics.  Most importantly, the births of my two sons, that I’ll finally get to see tomorrow!  Missed them so much!!
Happy Friday, Y’all!

  1. One of our Disney trips when our children were small was the week of Super Bowl, and cast members all told us it is the least busy week of the year. It was great! Did you find that to be true for you guys, as far as crowds go? I have loved all your Instagram pictures! Your girls are precious, and so are your boys. I know you can't wait to see them.

  2. This looks like such an amazing trip! Your warm weather outfits also made me so jealous! Can't wait for spring weather (even if it doesn't come with Disney magic). Have a fun last day and safe travels back!

  3. I'm going to Disney World in May and will definitely be using this post as outfit inspiration for my trip!

  4. I'm sooo jealous of the warm weather! I am looking out my office window at snow right now. Those outfits are really cute though! I need the gold Tory sandals!

  5. Your outfits are always so cute! You can't beat going to Disney with little ones, always so much excitement. I love the Jcrew rope shorts, I just got the rope shorts from Vineyard Vines. They are new for spring, super cute and comfortable!

  6. I love your blog and read it often! I saw that you were going away at the same time we were driving to Disney from PA but never thought there was a chance it could possibly be the same place until your next post. We were at the Wilderness Lodge too & I actually saw you but it was from afar otherwise I would have come up & said hi & tell you what I fan I am! Your outfits for the trip were fabulous! I hope you had a great trip with your family! We did & the weather was perfect! Thanks for all of your ideas & fashion inspiration!

    1. No way! You should've introduced yourself! Such a small world! I hope y'all had a wonderful trip! Totally agree about the beautiful weather. We did not want to come back on Saturday!

    1. When we went to Disney, we went for a whole week. We scheduled it out so that we would be able to go to each park two times during that week, even adding a free day of going nowhere and just hanging around the hotel one day too. That being said, we never had a day where we spent an entire day of walking the parks, most days were just half-days. I love my Jacks and they never gave me any trouble when I walked around. To me they are that comfortable, but I totally get it that different people have different feet.

    1. I've never had a problem breaking mine in, but I did have this one pair of TB loafers awhile back that needed a little stretch to them. Check and see if you have a cobbler or shoe repairmen in your area. They're pretty cheap, $5 maybe? Ask them to stretch them just a little and that might help you break them in easier.
