I apologize ahead of time for the picture overload, but we visited the Lazy 5 Ranch on Monday, and I couldn’t get over all the furry friends that came out to visit us! I think I honestly enjoy it as much as the children do. We try and go at least once a year. It’s about forty-minutes away from here, but totally worth it!

This guy surprised me when I was looking out the passenger window. I turned around and there he was, tongue and all!
Wheeler loved explaining to the sheep that she slept with one of their friends every night, named BaaBaa. The sheep and goats sure were baaahing all over the place. We couldn’t help but laugh! They were so loud! Here’s a pic of Wheeler with her sweet BaaBaa…

Logan rode in the third row while we drove through the ranch, just like he did last night. I tried to see if he’d be okay this time, but when the first animal stuck his head in our window he freaked out! And that made Vaughn freak out too…so I moved him back, and he felt completely safe back there. Once we finished the trail, he enjoyed walking around and visiting the other animals…at a distance.
The donkeys were Effie’s favorite. Every time I’d turn around, she’d be back over at the fence visiting with them. When we left, she had already given them all names.
Instead of pigeons begging for food, we had peacocks! There were at least four of them circling our table, waiting for us to drop something.
It saddens me that I won’t get to see this girl as long during the day once school starts. She’ll be in school allll day. Still not trying to think about it too much yet! For now, we’re trying to make as many memories as we can this summer!
On Sunday night, we visited my in-laws (Grammy and Poppy to the children). This is what the boys would do every second of the day if they could. They love when Poppy reads them books, and constantly bring him book after book after book. And Logan loves sitting in his little chair at their house too.
Don’t you love Vaughn’s little Jon-Jon? It used to be Lanier’s when he was little. He was wearing Logan’s Crocs. Just a little big, but he was dead set on wearing them.
Yesterday, Tieks sent me these awesome Electric Snakeskin Ballet Flats. I’ve never tried Tieks before, but they’re actually quite comfy. I’m not saying I’m going to replace all of my Tory Burch Revas with Tieks, but this color is really fun! It’s definitely not a print Tory Burch carries, that’s for sure. They also have these bright pink ones and mint ones that I like too. While I’ve only worn them one day so far, they didn’t give me blisters and they fit very well. For fit, I’m usually an 8.5 and got these in an 8.

It looks like the kiddos had the best time! I haven't been to that place in FOREVER but sounds like a fun time!
First, Wells has that same green and white polka dot whale dress!!!!!! LOVE! And second, I love my tieks too. I actually think they're WAY MORE comfortable than my TB's so I wear them when I want a more long term comfort on my feet all day but I still love the look of my TB's for a bit more flashy style sometimes.
