I received some of my Kate Spade Sale goodies in the mail the other day. If you need a great gift idea, this coffee table book is perfect! When I was thinking of what cocktail to choose this week, I thought since I was sharing some Kate Spade love, that I’d find a champagne cocktail to show off these little polka dot Kate Spade flutes.

This week’s cocktail is super easy, and perfect for any Fall occasion. Maybe something simple to have for a Thanksgiving Happy Hour?

Apple Cider Fizz

5oz Champagne

1oz Fresh Pressed Apple Cider (I used White House.)

Raspberries (for garnish)

Pour 5oz of your favorite champagne into a glass.

Add 1oz of fresh pressed apple cider.

Toss in two raspberries.
