Fashion Friday: Tata Harper Love + Latest Sale Faves: Anthro, Old Navy, J.Crew

It’s Friday!  As we’re really getting settled in down here, I’ve been having fun organizing different spaces in our rental.  In our old house, Lanier and I had entirely separate vanities.  In this space, we share one, although I’m thankful we do have separate sinks.  To organize the space better, I purchased this turquoise tray from Amazon (only $19.99) and added all of my usual make-up, cleanser and hair needs.  I left room for my deodorant, toothpaste and a brush or two, as well.  The little monogrammed Acrylic Holders are only $18 and available at Design Darling.  And they’re actually 20% off right now with code: CANTSTOPWONTSTOP at check-out.  Discount code ends Monday at midnight.  These make great gifts too!

You may notice the Tata Harper Skincare Line on my tray in the pic.  About a month ago on this post, I asked many of you to share your favorite skincare line on this post.  I knew from the get-go it was going to be a long process.  With so many suggestions, I wanted to try each one out for at least two weeks to see the full results.  Right after that, I was online and noticed that Tata Harper had a ‘Daily Essentials’ Sample Kit you could order, so I did just that.  I especially liked that the line is 100% natural.  So far, this has been what I’ve loved.  Enough that I haven’t even wanted to try anything else yet.  I mean, if I was able to use this during the stress of a move, and not break out, I knew it was going to work for me.

I haven’t tried the Resurfacing Mask that comes in the kit yet, but I’ve heard great things about it.  And I already ran out of the eye cream and cleanser, so I went ahead and ordered them in full size.  Told you, I’m hooked.  If anything changes, where I’m not seeing the beginning results, and the glow and smoothness that I swear my skin has now, I’ll be on to try one of your next suggestions.

As for my make-up, click here for a previous post on my make-up essentials and routine.  I use the smoothing line for my hair from Aveda.  The Style Prep Smoother and Naturally Straight I use are shown.  I receive many comments on my hair and how I get the waves that I do.  I actually use a straightener instead of a curling wand.  I hope to post a how-to within the month!

Old Navy is offering 30% off their newest arrivals with code: PREVIEW.

This Pointelle Open Knit Cardigan is so pretty for spring!

All sale items at J.Crew are currently an extra 40-50% off with code: SWEETSALE.

Loving the stripes on this one (Was $55, Now $18).

I have been wearing this ‘Dancing’ Tee so much this season.  I honestly have already worn it twice under cardigans just this week!  For fit it runs big.  I’m a 4/6 and still went with my normal size small.  Currently on sale with code: SWEETSALE.

Anthropologie has added lots of pretty little things to their sale section.  Loving all of these…

Equine Dress // Panel Dress // Stripe Dishtowel Set // Antica Cardigan // Banet Dress // Pop Fizz Clink Cocktail Napkins // Ombré Note Block // Pillow

Also loving this Tassel Throw that was also recently marked down.

How cute are both of these PJ Sets by Sara’s Prints?  We’ve always loved this brand.  I ordered both for the girls instead of Easter PJs this year.  I figured they would get more wear out of them, rather than ones with Easter bunnies and eggs on them.  Plus, they’re currently on sale with an additional 20% when you enter: 20SPRBREAK at check-out!

Apparently, the sizing on this cover-up that I posted about yesterday runs big.  I’m a 4/6 and ordered a small, but it sounds like I should’ve ordered an XS.  My order comes in today.  After I get a chance to try it on, I’ll be back with an update on sizing.

Off to somewhere warm for Spring Break?  Stay tuned!  Next week, I’m posting everything to prep you for your vacay!

Hope y’all have an awesome weekend!  Lanier’s parents are visiting for the first time.  This is the first time we’ll actually be hosting them, as they’ll be guests in our home.  Can’t wait!

TGIF, Y’all!

  1. I love Sara's Prints pajamas! My children grew up in them, so soft. I even saved some because I just couldn't part with them. Enjoy the weekend with your in-laws!
