Happy Monday!  I hope y’all had a wonderful weekend!  The weather was absolutely beautiful here.  It’s supposed to be in the mid to upper-70s this week, and I’m pretty excited about it!  Finally!  I just hope this time it’s here to stay!

My Favorite Gift Idea

(For the mother who loves music.)

So I gifted this little Bose Speaker to myself, and now I’m considering it for my mom for Mother’s Day.  It’s a cute little size with a great sound.  We already have this portable Bose speaker that I gave Lanier last year, but this smaller size is perfect for our bathroom.  I actually brought it in the kids’ bathroom last night and they had a ball with it during bath time.  The price is great for Bose speakers.  Toss in a couple of tickets to her favorite concert, and you’ll earn bonus points.

MAC has a new Future Collection that just debuted.  I’m loving the new polish called Moonday from the line.  I’m wearing it in the pic above holding the Bose Speaker.  I’d say the color is like a subtle shiny silver.  I’m usually an Essie girl, but I really loved how easy this color was to apply, and so far it’s stayed on for the last three days.

Her eye shadow has always been my favorite.  This is a great neutral palette.
